Grow in your role. Keep a life outside it.
A 12- to 15-week program to reach your goals more deliberately, without sacrificing your wellbeing. A lead coach is accountable for your journey: instead of experimenting on your own, you move forward with a method.
Moments you may recognize.
The program is for people preparing for what comes next as much as for those already carrying a lot.
Your business is growing. Your role needs to evolve.
You carried a lot yourself to get here. Now you want to grow the business, surround yourself with the right people and keep time for the decisions that truly need your attention.
Your practice is expanding.
You are growing your clientele, your team or your services. You want to support that growth without administration and decisions routinely spilling into your personal life.
You want to keep performing well in a demanding role.
You have found your rhythm, but expectations remain high. You want to maintain the quality of your decisions and your presence, at work and elsewhere, without relying only on your ability to do more.
An important goal is taking shape.
A promotion, a new project or a next step: you are not waiting to be overwhelmed before preparing. You want to understand what will help you most right now and build a way forward that suits you.
The program does not diagnose and does not replace medical or psychological care.
12 to 15 weeks, a clear schedule.
About 10 hours in total, spread over 12 to 15 weeks, including brief follow-up between sessions. A specialist can be added if a specific need calls for it.
- Calibration · in the appBefore the onboarding session: your goals, your constraints, how you compensate under pressure, your sense of agency and your four energy levels.
- Onboarding session · 60 minYour coach arrives with your calibration: together you refine the goal and what you want to protect.
- 6 individual sessions · 30 to 45 minWith your lead coach, about every two weeks, with a midpoint review.
- 2 group sessions · 90 minWith other participants, on a shared theme.
- Between sessionsA few questions each day in the app: you see your progress and your patterns, and your coach knows where you are. Stuck on a question? Write to your coach between meetings.
- Final review · 60 minYour progress, what helped and your priorities for what comes next, in writing.
One lead coach, from start to finish.
For 12 to 15 weeks, your lead coach is your point of contact and the thread running through the program. They help you define your goal and what you want to preserve, decide with you what to test, review what happened and adjust the plan.
You
You define what matters and test actions in your daily life.
Your lead coach
Guides the work, connects what you observe and adjusts the plan with you.
A specialist, if useful
Steps in when a specific need calls for it. They start from your calibration and your follow-up, without starting over. Your lead coach integrates their recommendations into the same plan.
The specialist network
What you can expect
- One action at a time, chosen with you, never imposed.
- An intended result, not a guaranteed one: progress toward your goal while preserving what matters to you.

Where this way of working comes from →Four stages over 12 to 15 weeks.
Each stage connects your goal to what you want to preserve. Here is what happens, and where the sessions, group time and follow-up fit.
You name the goal you are pursuing and what you want to preserve along the way. For example: succeed in a new role without sacrificing your evenings with family.
Calibration in the app, then onboarding session with your coach
With your lead coachThey help you frame a concrete goal and name what is non-negotiable for you.
You look at where your current way of functioning reaches its limits. For example: every decision comes back to you, and no time is set aside to think them through.
Individual sessions · daily questions in the app to spot your patterns
With your lead coachThey connect your observations to spot recurring patterns and where to act first.
You try a concrete action in your real weeks, then keep it, change it or replace it. For example: a delegation rule, tested for two weeks.
Individual sessions · group time with other participants · brief follow-up between sessions
With your lead coachThey review with you what happened and adjust the plan. If a specific need calls for it, they bring in a specialist and integrate the recommendations.
You take stock of your progress toward your goal and consolidate what worked, so you keep your momentum after the program. For example: protecting your evenings becomes a habit rather than an effort.
Final review with your coach
With your lead coachThey review the journey with you and help you plan how to stay on course when demands change.
What people we have coached say.
What struck me was how easily the changes fit into my life, at my own pace and in my own context.
Michel has a rare gift for asking the one question that cuts straight to clarity. […] A clearer offer, a stronger program, and much more confidence in the direction I’m taking.
Michel asked the right questions to clarify my needs […] to perform better, at work and in everyday life.
Move toward what matters, without sacrificing the rest.

FAQ
What people ask before deciding.
What happens in a session?
30 to 45 minutes of work with your coach: what happened since the last session, what you keep or change, and the next action to test.
What do I leave with?
A written review of your journey: your progress toward your goal, what helped and your priorities going forward. You also keep the adjustments that worked, so you can carry on without starting from scratch. Every journey is different; we do not promise a result.
How much time does it take?
Plan for about 10 hours in total over 12 to 15 weeks: a 60-minute onboarding session, 6 individual sessions of 30 to 45 minutes roughly every two weeks, 2 group sessions of 90 minutes and a 60-minute final review, plus brief follow-up between sessions.
Can I reach my coach between sessions?
Yes, within limits. Between sessions you can send your coach a question; urgent requests get a reply within 24 to 48 hours. The main work happens during the sessions.
When does a specialist join, and is it included?
Only if a specific need calls for it, for example sleep. Your coach suggests it, you decide, and they fold the recommendations into the same plan. It is included in the program price.
Can my employer pay? What will they see?
Yes. We give you a one-page summary for HR. Your employer knows you are taking part and receives the invoice, but not the content of your conversations, your notes, or any information in a report that could identify you.
How much does it cost?
Until the end of 2026, the program is offered at a pilot price to a limited number of participants. We share it during the first conversation, once we have confirmed together that the program is a good fit. It includes all the sessions above and the follow-up between sessions. Specialist work, when a specific need calls for it, is included.
Do I need to be exhausted to take part?
No. The program also suits people preparing for more responsibility who want to build ways of working that will hold.
Is this therapy?
No. The program does not diagnose or treat. If your situation calls for it, your coach refers you to an appropriate professional.
Let’s see if the program fits you.
A 45-minute conversation, with no commitment.
