“Getting better shouldn’t require losing yourself along the way.”
I am an entrepreneur and the founder of Better Being. Since 2021 I have worked at the intersection of leadership, health and human performance around one central question: how do you help ambitious people sustain a high standard without their health, their clarity or their relationships constantly paying for it?
Shi Diwen Zhu · Founder and President
Shi sees what ambition demands of an entrepreneur and an organization. Michel sees what it asks of body and mind. Better Being needs both.
He connects the needs of people and organizations to the expertise, tools and interventions that can genuinely help them. He is involved with One Young World and the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal.

Michel has a rare gift for asking the one question that cuts straight to clarity. He challenged my thinking, sharpened my message word by word, and pushed me to stop perfecting and start acting: a clearer offer, a stronger program, and far more confidence in the direction I am taking.
Michel had a significant impact on my performance, both personal and professional. The methods he teaches to improve focus, performance and intensity helped me take on several challenges successfully.
Drawing on his coaching experience, he quickly identified my main areas for improvement and helped me find a better balance, supporting both my development and my results.
Two starting points, depending on your situation.
