Our approach

Great performance is built behind the scenes.

In high-performance sport, an athlete never performs alone: a head coach coordinates the support around them. We apply that model to demanding professional lives.

What we take from sport

Four principles, applied to real weeks.

Like a head coach in sport, your coach connects what is happening and adjusts the plan. You never have to coordinate your own network.

We start from what actually happens, at work and outside it, rather than what should be happening. The calibration sets the starting point; daily questions make your weeks visible.

A specialist steps in when a specific need calls for it. Their recommendations are integrated into the same plan.

One action at a time, simple enough to hold in a real week. Keep what holds; change what doesn’t.

Beyond the person

Working conditions matter as much as habits.

We work with your real constraints. When the mandate allows, we also act on the support and practices around you, and if the gap becomes too wide, we help you reconsider the fit.

  • The demandAmbition, standards, expected results.
  • Human capacityEnergy, clarity, recovery, regulation under pressure.
  • Conditions of supportLeadership, working practices, culture and available resources.
When all three move together, performance can last.
What comes next

A shared logic, formats that fit.

The Program and our services for organizations share the same principles. Their scope, length and delivery differ.

For a person

The Better Being Program: 12 to 15 weeks with a lead coach.

Illustrative example

A founder whose company is growing faster than his routines wants to keep time for his family. With his coach, he picks one meeting-free day a week, tries it for a month, then adjusts based on what happened.

Une séance de travail en équipe
For an organization

Support your leaders, move a team forward or scope a broader effort.

Illustrative example

Leadership wants its managers to delegate better in the coming months. We talk with the sponsor, design a workshop around that goal, then agree on a follow-up to anchor the practice.

Format and follow-up depend on the mandate.
